Thomas Koch

• Born October 6, 1956
• Currently employed by the Stuttgart Opera.
• Since 1984 public relations manager at the "Amerika Haus" in Stuttgart, the U.S. Government cultural and information representation in the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg (southwest Germany).
• Organized several "art in public" projects with U.S. artists, and artist exchanges between the U.S. and Germany.
• From 1982-1984 editor with the Reader's Digest Germany.
• Education in Germany (Kassel University) and the U.S. (U.C. Berkeley, CA; and Lakeland College, WI).
• Special interests: Contemporary American art, bicycling, Italian pasta.
• Married to the wonderful Raffaella Marini, tamer of Fabrizio and Loana, his lovely children.
