remember a couple of months ago there was that tour of unused apt buildings

are any of them for sale

There was a thread on this a while back. Yes there are a lot of them for sale. (probably all for the right price). Some VERY cheap but in terribly bad (or should I say terminally bad) neighborhoods like Tireman/livernois area. Do a search or just hang in there and one of the forumer's will answer with a link.
