This is a tough one. I'm looking for the first name of a Mr. Smith, who was the head of the now defunct Greater Detroit Safety Council, circa 1964. The council used to be located at 857 Virginia Park, and used to give assemblies at area schools regarding traffic safety and safety in the home. Any information is appreciated. |
