I was reading this chapter of a book on strategies for successful infill development, and it used the Weber block in Detroit as a case study.

it has renderings including in-depth descriptions that seem to be in the present tense. Has this plan been realized and I am totally oblivious to the goings on of my own hood, or is this going to actually happen in the future?

Based on the picture given it says it is between 2nd and 3rd on Alexandrine. Which is here,

And it still looks like that. Interesting concept, no demand.
