a friend of mine and i remember discussing something i read, either here or elsewhere, that the raymond james building in detroit is getting a replacement tenant, but i can't seem to find anything with a search here or otherwise. what's going on? there are most definitely multiple floors with all lights on inside at night, so it looks like there are possibly renovations going on inside at the very least.
