I take the ramp from 96 east to 75 south everyday and just noticed something for the first time. There is an old brick building right there with a bunch of graffiti on it. But it also has some pretty cool looking, small murals on it. One was like an old time "stron-man" wearing a leopard suit, lifting a 1920's style round dumbell over his head. Anyone know the origins of these or the building for that matter? I would have gotten a pic but i was rolling by at 50 mph...

Lol, ya...Just trying to avoid ANOTHER speeding ticket, especially since that is a 45 mph work zone currently.

I'm pretty sure it may be the old Ira Wilson Dairy plant. It would be on your right as your going south on 75, right about where 75, 96 and Michigan Ave overpass are located, just before the exit for the Ambassidor Bridge

Sounds like we are talking about the same building...What's with those murals painted on there?

Just local artists as far as I can figure.
Some of them are quite talented and their art work is very good.

I thought they were pretty interesting/good. not something you see everyday on a graffitti riddled old building.
