I know this has been a topic before, but it's closed, so deal.

Anyone on here who collects old Detroit postcards who might be up for trading? I have so many doubles and, well, it's not really worth selling them to John King or on eBay for a buck a pop. I'd rather trade for ones I need with someone in metro Detroit.

Still working on scanning the collection and tagging them. Taking forever. The fact that I probably have 1,000 of them doesn't help.

And has anyone ever seen a postcard for the Olympia? Can't imagine there'd be so many Navin/Briggs/Tiger Stadium cards and not an Olympia, but I've never come across one.

And has anyone seen a United Artists Building/Theatre card?

Hey, Rhymes... drop me an email at info@detroitroom.com
I have quite a few doubles as well, and a collection that numbers around 1000.
Don't know if you ever frequented the late Marty Raskin's shows, but there are a lot of gems to be found for .50 each. Someone has taken over booking the shows since his passing. I think there is a show coming up in January in Troy or Clawson.
