I was driving South on Livernois by UDM when I started hearing sirens rushing in the same direction. About four squad cars raced down. Then we got to the Jeffries, and there were more than a dozen police cars outside Last Chance Academy, and many students walking along Livernois. Anyone know what was going on? |

That was the result of two incidents that happened on the same day. A student was robbed at gunpoint by a man from the community, a fight broke out between two students, and the combination of the two events caused schoolwide chaos. Security guards did their best to contain the students, but it got to the point where the police were called. School was dismissed early, which would explain many students walking along Livernois. |
