It used to be a parking lot, how it's a mud pit with heavy construction equipment on it. Any idea what's going up there?

Not the biodiesel plant. I don't think there are any plans for it in the immediate future.

No, I think the biodiesel plant is closer to where the Piquette Market used to be on the other side of Woodward. After driving past the site a few times on my way to the law school, it looks like they're renovating whatever building it is right next to it and across from Wolcott(?) or whatever that business is next to the New Amsterdam phase II. Maybe it's an expansion of Tech Town?

I believe they are building a new parking lot and renovating the warehouse building on Amsterdam. It will be a school. I'm not sure if it is a charter school/ private school or DPS, but I've heard that it will be a school building.

That's right next to the Children's Museum on Second. Pretty good spot for a school. Really big warehouse- I think it's at least 5 stories.

Where did you hear that it was going to be a school? Last I heard it was to be converted to lofts.
