Man I have been to the Wednesday night jazz at Baker's a few times this past fall. Spencer Barefield & friends are the greatest. No cover on Wednesday nights and reasonable prices on food too. Where else can one enjoy top notch jazz, eat a great soul food dinner and leave with a tab for less than $20. A night like this in Chicago or New York would cost $60 to $70. I highly recommend the Wednesday Jazz at Baker's. I'll be there this Wednesday. You will recognize me because I'll be HUGGING the band. Hey GANNON I know you are a Jazz fan spread the word. |
