The problem in Detroit is bigger than a gang problem. Small "units" of uncontrolled strippers are the new "gang" They don't fight each other except in cases of who gets to the building first to vandalize. Be assured..."The riots have never ended" they are continuous house by house neighborhood by neighborhood. The City is all but destroyed and the Police are a worthless core of uniforms which have no respect for their leadership. Get to the "pot"(funding) get yours and run.....sorry to be bitter saw it go over the last 40 years
