2 to stand trial in drug delivery case

The alleged leader of the Detroit Thug Lordz, a major dial-for-drugs gang that operated in northwest Detroit, is to go on trial today in U.S. District Court, with an alleged drug runner in the gang.

Isaias Quesada, 23, the alleged leader, and Omar Jay Gladson, 19, both of Detroit, are charged with multiple drug counts.

sounds like any other goods delivery system.
"Thank you for calling crackilicious, how may I help you?"
"Yes, I would like two grams of cocaine and three ounces of pot please."
"what's your address?"
"12394 _____".
"Thank you, we'll get it to you in 30 minutes or it's free".

sweet.

Good deal!! That way, the buyer doesn't have to risk getting pulled over after scoring.

They should have just set up a website and let people order their drug of choice online. They could go international and make a profit off not only the drugs but also shipping and handling. They could cut into territories in other countries without even having to leave the comfort of their own home.

Whatever happened to the good old days of working with the drug dealer on the corner? It's the face-to-face contact that I miss.

When i lived in nyc it was common to be able to have mary jane delivered to any location...you could not get large quantities but you could always get some. It was amazing.

We are finally catching up to NYC for drug convenience! (although I know there was at least one metro pizza place that did a fine side business in the 80s)

hey defendbrooklyn, you beat me to it. I lived in Bay Ridge and Gravesend. you?

Criminals lack moral insight not intellect. Why would it surprise anyone that they, much like any other good businessman, figured out how to make their service more convenient for the customer ?

How is this news ?
