The for sale sign on the Rivard side of the building has been covered with a sold sign. Does anyone know wo purchased the building or what their plans might be for it?

I have looked at this building for a couple years as a major eyesore for the Lafayette Park. It's not pretty, but I would rather see it developed than torn down.

ah yes, it's in good hands...

don't expect movement.

it is a major eyesore, but my parents went to school there so it is a soft-spot for us.

It doesn't look like much has been done since it was purchased. There's always a guy in an Aerostar or a Cherokee watching it, but taggers have still managed to paint all over the west side of it. I really wish it would get fixed up, but I'm not too hopeful.
