Two thoughts:
Foot Locker is Detroit-based? If so, well awRIGHT.
Just cuz we SAY "Finkell" does not mean we should spell it that way!!

i don't think this promotion helped detroit small businesses as well as it could of... didn't bring in new customers from what i've heard... just ended up costing small businesses that participated as regular returning customers just brought in what were in effect 25% off coupons... (if you spent $20)
