How could this go unsolved. I remember media coverage (national) about all the cameras on the streets downtown during this time period. I think this is proof positive the problem is that DPD is underfunded and doesn't have enough people. This is disgusting - the city budget should be completely gutted to zero and re-built. Eliminate duplicate services, wasteful departments, and re-prioritize to core services and focus on providing services to the citizens of Detroit at the best value for the dollar. |
