Just a quick note: the Detroit Artists Market (Woodward and Canfield) is doing its Cranbrook scholarship show opening this evening. The scholarship show rotates between art schools from year to year and features both student and faculty work. Having stopped in for a few minutes the other day while the gallery people were putting it up, I can report that there will be some very, very nice pieces there.
