So we went to Casino Windsor last weekend. When we went to check in, the lady at the desk said the hotel was booked, and that we'd been moved. Apparently, they had a ton of reservations for cheap rooms, so they gave away our cheap room and gave us their largest suites because we were regulars (Four Diamond Members). I guess they have trouble keeping those rooms occupied. I couldn't help but wonder if this has anything to do with renovations of other area hotels, as well as the construction of the MGM Hotel. The suite is huge! Complete with Jacuzzi, two plasma televisions, full bar, and beautiful views of the river. I posted a few pictures of the suite, and of the new tower. I was told the new hotel will be complete by July 1st, and that the new suites will be much bigger. |
