For those who participated last year we have some changes. There will not be tables for rent so bring your own or make it a real "Boot Sale" as described on Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C ar_boot_sale . Selling space is limited and first come first serve also space will be free. |

Think about it, stuff to buy and sell, many fine establishments to have lunch along Michigan Ave from Nemos to Slows, a side trip through scenic Corktown where some residents will be setting up their sales, a stop at Mudgies on Porter, maybe even a preview of the Corktown Home Tour and a stop at Holy Trinity. What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon. |

Gannon offered some super deals last year for sure. I haven't heard if he has equipment available this year. Last year the entire area was filled to over flowing with vendors for every kind of product imaginable. This year The Corktown Historical Society has arranged for a larger space. There should be a very big variety of stuff this year too. |

I sold one speaker last year, had to leave before most of the folks got there. Some of the cooler stuff almost didn't get LOOKED at...but I didn't give it enough time before I ran off to a home theater meetup halfway across the state that I just couldn't miss. Too many commitments then, too many again this year. Jeanie, I don't know what I was thinking, we need to do that on Sunday morning...although we can do Saturday, too. Mark, I don't have a boot right now... |
