According to this article, they're relying on the poor Michigan economy to boost their recruitment efforts. The Neo Nazi HQ in Detroit thing is a powder keg waiting to explode.

luckily, I don't think many people know about the neo nazi thing in detroit quite yet. In fact, i think it best if we don't talk about their shitty little headquarters. We only empower their inflammatory move if people hear about it.

I think another extremist group hoping to reap the spoils of our devastated economy would be the DNC.... (mental note: running shoes don't fail me now!:-)

DNC/RNC - it's all the same bullshit. Keep the people in the dark and let them eat crap.

quote:

"We at the ANP never had anything to do with them, and we never will," Paul Kozak, chief security officer of Westland-based American Nazi Party, wrote in an e-mail.

Kozak's group, which arrived in the late 1990s, dismisses the National Socialist Movement as outside the mainstream of neo-Nazis.

Oh brother. Hey, us Nazis feel that you Nazis are outside the mainstream! We don't like extremists here in the American Nazi Party!

i saw that on the news a while back. those type of people always look for people who are bad off and desperate, when everything is going well people are least likely to get involved in that kind of mess.

Nice, JL :-)

Reminds me of the punk rockers when I was in high school in the 70s. My friend Chris Miller came up with a motto for them: "I want to be a nonconformist, just like all my friends".

Isn't Kozak a Polish name? Hitler didn't care much for the Poles, or Eastern Europeans in general, considering them "inferior" to the German/Scandanavian Nordic type...strange.

I thought the Neo-Nazis were in Washington. Are they here in Detroit too?
