This past Thursday, I was driving home down W. Warren after taking my daughter to Children's for a doctor's appointment. The 20 Grand was being finally being torn down after all these years. I wonder if anything will be built there or will it be just another empty lot?? |

Remember Msamslex, this is Detroit, not Chicago or NYC.
So of course, it will be another lot that Urbanoutdoors and company will want to put their plantation on.
