The state has once again withheld revenue sharing money from the city because the audits weren't turned in on time. This is $37 million Detroit could use with a looming deficit.
It seems the city has more than enough attorneys. How come it is so short on accountants?
This has been an ongoing problem and leadership has been sorely lacking in getting it resolved.
How much more will be lost from incompetence?

I'm sure Kwame knows some friends from Cass Tech he could bring on board to work on the accounting problems.

I don't know about the accounting department but I do know there's no accountability department.

Nobody should be shocked by this. More of the same from the Kwame Klan.

As bad as Detroit needs money I can't believe getting this money wasn't a priority.

Could it be that the accounting department is filled with a bunch of no-accounts (Kwame's relatives???)

Q - How come it is so short on accountants?

A - Because it makes it easier for the crooks running this city to steal money.

My cousin worked in the accounting department for the Detroit Board of Education, and quit a high paying job beause he could not stand the incompetence and underhanded things that were going on.
