Not aware of any projects in Capital Park, but the Rosa Parks Transit Center is moving along slowly but surely . . . and it's a depressing concrete jungle thus far.

Capitol Park will most likely not be restored to what it once was. The Book project closed off Shelby N of Michigan. If something happens there, I would expect it to be minimal. On the plus side with the decrease in bus traffic there will be fewer reasons for the lumpen proletariat to hang out in the area.

Why was it deemed necessary to cut up State St and Shelby St?
