If you go to Zillow.com, and check out the area, you can click on a great number of properties for sale. The abandoned ones are largely not for sale, but there are a few nice old houses for sale (though they would probably require a ton of money poured in for upkeep). |

There is one house on Edmund for sale. It's listed by Century 21, but it's not on their site. There's homes on Watson & Winder for sale on realtor.com, where you look in the 48201 zip code & they have all of the properties for sale. You might want to check out the Wayne Co. Treasurer's site. There's a ton of properties in tax foreclosure and in jeopardy of being auctioned off in Sept. 2009 if taxes aren't paid. It's a monster PDF file at 4700 pages. |
