Mbr, that corner is on the edge of Woodbridge, a beautiful dynamic thriving neighborhood. I would assume that like the developers of Woodbridge Estates they are looking to benefit from proximity while still getting land cheaply. Royce, it looks like the roofs are treated with some type of roofing, so I doubt the metal's going to be exposed on top. |
