Oh, so they're putting this up in Murray Wright's hood, eh?

Have they found any buyers?

you're welcome UO.

it'll be directly across the street from murray wright. the project is still in the planning phases and has not been "offered" up for sale yet. but there has been significant interest in the project and pricing.

given DPS's ongoing perdicament, murray wright may by closed and stripped buy the time this place opens.

regardless, it'll be a cool ass development

I was under the impression Murray Wright had been closed, reopened as "Douglas" a charter school.

Someone is going to have to convince me why that corner of town is worth spending that kind of money on.

Mbr, that corner is on the edge of Woodbridge, a beautiful dynamic thriving neighborhood. I would assume that like the developers of Woodbridge Estates they are looking to benefit from proximity while still getting land cheaply.

Spacemonkey, is it necessary to take a pot shot at every opportunity? Maybe I'm missing the humor.

Royce, it looks like the roofs are treated with some type of roofing, so I doubt the metal's going to be exposed on top.
