Hello all. Has anyone participated or bought a property in the Wayne County Tax Forfeiture Auctions?
I'm planning on buying a loft downtown and think this might be an interesting option. I noticed this last November in the 127-page Special Section in the Free Press and mapped out a bunch of places I might be interested in. Now I saw that Wayne Co. is preparing for it online. Just need some advice from anyone who did buy/try on the auctions in the past. Thanks! |
