I just heard that the renovation of this C Howard Crane building IS going to happen this year.

Who is doing it?

Where is the money coming from?

What are they going to perform/show there once it is renovated?

the money is coming from HUD guaranteed loans, some Community Development Block Grants and New Markets Tax Credits

The HUD loans were approved in 2006 so the time frame for the remainder of the investment to come through seems about right. I hope it happens sooner than later.

Looks like a 19m guaranteed loan. This was also in Model D last year. Looking forward to it.
