Go to findagrave and check out, "The Virtual Flower feature" which is where people post nice comments and leave virtual memorial flowers and other items of endearment in the bottom right hand portion of his entry. Coleman Alexander YoungYou can see what this website had to resort to because of the inflammatory comments.

Poor guy. Even his death couldn't stop people from hating him.

He brought the hate on himself. He probably caused more racial tension in this area than 50 KKK chapters ever could. Of course Orville Hubburd was't any better.

Usually the site turns the feature off for prominent Nazi figures. For example, check Reinhard Heydrich's page--the comments section is disabled.

Both Orville Hubbard and Coleman Young are in a cool new exhibit at the Detroit Historical Museum called Hero or Villain? ... info on it here ...

It's really interesting to get the pro and con perspective on so many controversial figures like Hoffa, Father Coughlin, Henry Ford, Martha Griffiths and many others. Worth a visit.
