This jumped out at me:
"Lache(the analyst) said any lifeline for the auto industry will likely come with the concessions sought earlier by Senate Republicans."
In other words, they'll still try to stick it to the UAW only. If these dolts were requesting across-the-board wage cuts, no one would complain much.

Money talks in Washington Mo. The little guy has been left in the dust beginning in the Wall Street leveraged buyouts of the 80's. They used employee pension plans as collateral for loans. What gall !
