I have in my possession a high school diploma from "Hamtramck High" for a Lily S. Maciak from 1932. I'm not a relative and am just wondering if someone out there is interested.

Off subject. Did you work for Acme Pie Company?
I remember them.

I never worked for Acme. I grew up in a house directly across from them on Milwaukee street. The area is now part of GM Poletown plant.

They were bought out by Farm Crest. I loved the Coconut Cream. Supplied pies to all the restaurants.

I thought this thread was going to be about marijuana.

What is the connection between Hamtramck High and marijuana?

I remember reading about the Hamtramck Historical Commission a while back. They might be interested. Here's their website: http://defcode.com/hhc/
