It may be a few months before the grand jury indictments are handed out, but all signs point to something major coming soon to a federal court house near you. The federal prosecutors may also be waiting for Obama to make his US Attorney appointment for our district and allow that person to get settled in before formally bringing charges in this case, given the high profile nature of the case and the media interest this is likely to generate.
