stockton, CA
memphis, TN
chicago, IL
cleveland, OH
modesto, CA
flint, MI
detroit, MI

Some one should make another list, "Which Forbes survey is the stupidest" Do the people at Forbes really have nothing better to do with their time? People know its bad, they do not not need some magazine telling them that.We are in a depression right now, why not make a list saying how much other places suck. The people at Forbes really must take comfort the misery of other people.

I think the high sales tax in Chicago (10.25%) doesn't help as far as these odd rankings. Especially if they looked at the loop tax (11%)

What happened to East St. Louis and Camden, or aren't they considered cities any more?
