I realize it is the parent in bankruptcy but I thought the News-Herald would be a big cash cow--it is nothing but ads. Once you pull out the inserts there isn't much left of any given edition. And this isn't counting all the ads within the paper itself.

All the articles are AP feeds cut copied and pasted into a daily. I stopped delivery of the Macomb paper long time ago when the quality dropped off the chart. They even try to sell subscriptions for their online content. Found one on a desk at work before the elections last Nov and everything they endorsed from candidates to measures lost.

Typical conservative rag bites the dust, good riddance.
