I realize it is the parent in bankruptcy but I thought the News-Herald would be a big cash cow--it is nothing but ads. Once you pull out the inserts there isn't much left of any given edition. And this isn't counting all the ads within the paper itself. |

All the articles are AP feeds cut copied and pasted into a daily. I stopped delivery of the Macomb paper long time ago when the quality dropped off the chart. They even try to sell subscriptions for their online content. Found one on a desk at work before the elections last Nov and everything they endorsed from candidates to measures lost. Typical conservative rag bites the dust, good riddance. |
