Betty and I chipped bricks off Olympia and had Gordie sign them - quite a unique remembrance of the Old Barn.
As far as TS - it's like my old home - having a brick wouldn't mean so much - I do have 4 box seats - the individual wooden chairs and 3 sets of 2 wooden "row" seats. Back then, Betty loaded up her Pontiac Sunbird, since they were going for $5 or $10 a seat, something like that. |

Nice lenses J! Hitting the ball up the gap just took on a whole new twisted meaning. Sad to see her go.
Z: I stayed with the game with one eye open some of the time...Some "nnooooooooooo's" and some "hoo hooing" from another room startled me back to consciousness from time to time, and enough to see the final out!••• It's sure nice to see Jones's veteran leadership in the pen. It's like he's building clones of himself.
Too bad Pudge had to go, but I've ridden out worse news with the Tigs over the years. |

Yes, Yes - when I go home for lunch, I'll take some pics and post them today. The two sets of two are in the family room - prominently displayed and the single seats are on a shelf in the garage....I know, Bad, CFG
I also have wood seats from old Yankee Stadium and one from Wrigley field. Don't know why I sent for those - but complete with "certificate of authenticity" I was a rabid fan in the 70's! |

Well, it sounds like Jonesy is coming down with the all too familiar ache in his arm syndrome that happens when a pitcher can't get anyone out anymore, so he might be done for a while anyway.
Maybe Farnsey will kick someones booty and will straighten those guys out. It would nice at least once in a while for our pen not to give up walks and the ensuing gratuitous runs thereafter.
I'n getting more used to the idea of Pudge being gone, I would have liked to at least see the infamous PTBNL thrown into the mix. |

Needless to say - they're the favorite seats in the house! You can still hear the echo when you bang the seats up and down during the game. 4 doesn't sound quite like 55,000, but it brings back a faint reminder! |
