Sure thing EB, once you're fully frocked...actually, even Laing won't qualify to hear confessions as a deacon.

Of course, that doesn't mean we can't share some stories, as long as the statue of limitations has passed."_"

Laing-Congrats on your quest and may you be blessed.

JCole----You mentioned St. Gertrude. My eldest sis and her family went there when she was married. Do you know any Lovati's?

I didn't get the pointer. I got a paddle in Sr. Pat's office.

Anyone wanna drive thru Taco Belch? I'm ready for 4th meal about now.

A math question:

If Kevin Smith runs 10 times for a total of 45 yards, and one of those runs is for 35 yards and a touchdown, what is his yards per carry for the other 9 times? Round to one decimal place, and calculators are not allowed.

I guess we're not got to know how good this guy is until the regular season since the pre-season is all about protecting your starters from injury and making decisions about players on the fringe.

Toss the coin already. Bring on Atlanta.

Wasn't that card good for some discounts at Harmony House and some other establishments? I think Shorecrest waived their cover"_".

It was like yesterday's AARP card without the fee and the political statements.

Harmony House for sure. Remember "The Chair" Is George Baier still around? He did some great voices. CAY, George Swell, Dick The Bruiser, Al Fouline

Don't you throw anything away?
George Baier was on with JJ and Lynne Woodison several years ago, late 90's/early 00's, then he moved up north to around Charlevoix, or Travese City. I think he was doing voice work from up there.

There was a shop on Kelly Road near Bridagare Hardware that carried the CKLW top 40 list and I think the WKNR list too...I used to drop in once a week on my walk back home from ND to pick up an updated list. I think the place was a carry out rib /pizza joint. This would have been in the late 60s early 70s. For the life of me I can't think of the name of this business. Please help.

It could be Z. Was there a Rib Shack there? I completely forgot. I'm not sure exactly where it was...It was north of Merit Drugs and south of Chatham (not 100% sure)

Catching up -
Great news Laing - absolutely in our prayers over here!
Thanks for the DREAD card, Z - couldn't find mine, but remember being a card-carrying member!
Glad to hear I'm out of the running for the bell tower painting - took a look up there yesterday, and it's a LONG way up!

Was everyone able to comply to the rules of DREAD? Diane, I know you weren't a card carrying member.
Z: 100% compliance?
7K: Did you have any silk shirts or medallions?
JC: After the bell bottom blues, any disco
EB: I'm sorry I even asked *_*
Anyone else a Dread card carrying member with 100% compliance?

Well, I did wear 3 piece suits in the day as did all big time execs. Of cours, shoe clerks wore them, too. I fit in there somewhere.

Never could stand disco, tho. More of a Pink Floyd, ELP sort of guy.
