re reunion: weekend in late August or mid September when Tigers are in town. Reunion Mass on Sat eve. followed by spaghetti dinner with open school. Additional donations suggested for the St. Jude pantry at that time

I like it KR - Hopefully, we'll have had a buyer on the school by then, so we may not be able to do an open school....but you never know -Donations for the church and pantry are always appreciated. We were definitely connecting the dinner with a 4:00 Mass, so everyone could re-connect with St. Jude Church - as well as the memories of being St. Jude Classmates and friends.

I can't plan that far ahead for the summer. I'm going to Colorado for 2 weeks, but I'm not sure when yet. I also never know when my kids might need me to babysit the boys.

We've been talking about the last 2 weeks in June, but a lot depends on when Sarah can take days off and she usually doesn't know until a month or so beforehand. Her vacation/personal time is built up daily, so if Myra gets sick and Sarah needs to use time, that pushes things back

The Tigers are in town on 8/15, albeit against the Royals. Who can't make that day?

No one planned date will be good for all, and situations do arise that would prohibit some from attending even though they have left the date open.

Might I suggest just picking several dates now and go with the one that fits most schedules? Or, let CFG confer with some of the folks here and come up with her best suggestion.

Someone, as hard as you try, will be disappointed.

If scheduled far enough in advance, I'm sure most could be accomodated.

Basing it on the Tigers?

Tigers Home Schedule (all starts 7:05pm):
Aug 8 - Vs Min.
Aug 15- KC
Sept 12- Tor
Oct 3 - CWS

This annual event covers all years.
A few Notre Dame and Regina alum in recent years
have always attended.
This reunion started out with 20 to 50 people and has grown significantly the last 2 years.

JC: I know this is a long shot and considering the thousands of postings in this thread I vaguely remember you mentioning a Cole downriver. There is an obit of Ralph Lubaway married to Wilma Agnes Cole on Feb 14, 1942 (who is now deceased). Coincidentally, I know his daughter. Was Wilma Agnes Cole related to your family?
