Nothing? Chips? Candy? Sunflower seeds? I like jawbreakers because they last a long time...ends up as less calories over the long haul compared to chips, etc. What do YOU prefer?

Too much!! My computer is only steps from the kitchen. I generally have coffee in the morning...after that a glass of ice water. A new fav munchie is the new "Cheerios Mix" which is like Chex Mix, but with different kinds of Cheerios.

"Ray won an Oscar?"

Heh, heh, heh! That was awarded to me for my performance in "The Betsy", filmed in Detroit in 1978. I played a security guard at the old Parke-Davis plant on E. Jefferson.

Unfortunately, my frames hit the cutting room floor. So my wife presented me with the trophy for "best actor in a non-appearing role". I've kept it all these years. Working with the film crew was a joy and a memorable experience.

A friend of the family played a security guard in "Detroit 9000". Now all I see of him, is getting clubbed. Better off on the cutting room floor.

Cc - bleeech uuuuggghhh gag - how nasty!

Grumpy - I too like jawbreakers for the same reason - last a long time. Sometimes lollipops for the same reason.

Coffee till at least 2 p.m., although it could be almost anything - for a quick protein fix, cheese and crackers, (hence crumb cleaning day!) Right now it's grapes; but usually some kind of fruit or veggie sticks. Drink water constantly.

Ray - how sweet of your wife to present you with your own Oscar! What a cool lady you have there! :-)
