I heard the Jennifer is going to sign the bill this week, anyone else hear that?

I'm referring to the bill in Lansing that would temporarily reduce the millage rate in some portions of the city.

I believe from 67 mills to 52 so a bit more than 20% . But i'm not sure who eligible in those neiborhoods and who is not.
