It looks as though the building will be turned into 250 units and will be completed in 3 years. Pre-leasing will begin early next year. I know this subject has been discussed in depth but I couldn't find any Argonaut threads that were not archived. http://www.modeldmedia.com/dev elopmentnews/argonaut.aspx |

That is a beautiful building and the New Center has serious potential as a residential and commercial neighborhood. |

Won't this be the largest historic reuse for residential to date? I'm glad to hear they are finally getting around to it. This has been in the works for the last 2 years or so. |
