I have lived near WSU now for almost three years. The first two were in the Belcrest Apts. I would walk past the retail space in the bottom of the Welcome Center Parking Garage almost everyday and still today the same "New Dining Experience Coming Soon" sign is there.

They finally put up a permenant sign yet are still working on the interior. Skyscrapers were built in less time.

Anyone know why the project is taking so long?
