Do you know if G.M. have plans for a new GTO design for 2007? |

Last I heard there was going to be a next generation GTO. Also of not is that GM will have a concept Camaro at the Auto Show this year. |

Why build such a car? If it doesn't get at least 40 mpg, who will buy it? |

Lets just say that one of your 50 dogs gets sick and you are pressed for time to get him to the vet to save his life. Do you want a 40 mpg car that seriously lacks power, or do you want a 400 hp rocket ship? |

50 dogs?!? Fury, have you acquired some new pooches? Better get a hi-power SUV (with a Strate-8) - what if more than one dog becomes ill? |

From what Bob Lutz has said over on GM's industry blog...is that in response to customer sentiment, there was a desire on the part of numerous members of the engineering team to re-think the GTO and maybe provide some new styling on a different platform. This different platform, also known as the "Zeta" platform is where the next generations of the GTO will be built from. |

And actually...what is even more scary is the thought of a {GASP!} 4-door GTO...like the charger: http://www.jalopnik.com/cars/n ews/nextgeneration-gto-could-b e-a-fourdoor-coupe-121951.php |

They can go ahead and make a 4 door GTO if they like, as long as they bring back the Camaro. |

Bring back the Fin camero! a 4 door GTO doesnt bother me... the old school GTOs were bigger than todays car... and thats what bothers me about todays GTO.... its too Fin small for a muscle car. Give that thing some balls and then watch it fly off the lots. Look at what happened when they attached a nutsack to the Mustang design... |
