LINKit! http://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs .dll/article?AID=2005601040363 Me personally, I think the interview was way... light. Him talking about being more angry than the fans was a obvious cop out. If he really feels that way, then he needs to donate some of that salary to someone else until the team gets right. That would show some initiative. I guess we'll have to wait until the draft to see the big picture. |

Only William Clay Ford would shell out millions of dollars to someone with no experience to learn on the job. Millen is now entering year 5 with the worst record in the NFL over that time span. Most NFL GM's get three years to make an impact. |

Wait for another draft why? So they pick up another receiver? What a joke this "franchise" is. |

Y'know, I'm almost think fans would be satisfied or a little more pleased if Millen had come down to the team locker room at halftime and trashed the place. For a guy who's angry at the situation, he needs to honestly look no further than the nearest mirror. I agree some of the Q&A seemed awfully light but then he's been mighty aloof for a good chunk of this season. I'm sure none of the reporters were going to be that brusk with him where he's totally going to alienate them even further. It also didn't seem that long of an interview- it seemed more like a press conference than an interview where dialogue happened. Since Millen took over, I can't really think of any position where he's improved the team. QB? No- he hired two coaches that could've possibly ruined a promising Harrington. WR? So far Roy Williams is about it and he's still inconsistent. The offensive & defensive lines? Millen's the guy that ditched Jeff Hartings. Can anyone show me where Millen has come in and improved the team anywhere?? |

So now we want a rookie coach for this team? God help us all, and I don't think even he/she (it) can. |

They are going after the wrong Bear, they should talk to Ron Rivera. |
