I found these renderings of the proposed center at Ghafari's website. It looks like it will be a nice facility. Does anyone know when it will break ground.

i wonder how old that release is. it mentions studiozONE as the design architect - they no longer exist.

I remember there being an article in CrainsDetroit from fall 2004 about this project. I believe HUD had given the city $17M to help fund this project.
