The main Burroughs factory was located on the site where the Blue Cross Blue Shield offices are at now on Burroughs street in the New Center area.

Back in the day, when Plymouth was a sleepy little cowtown and folks still had five and six acre plots with orchards and child labor was used to pick the apples and pears, little Skulker would check if it was dinner time yet on the giant clock on the Burroughs plant because he could see it from the tops of the trees in the family orchard, waaaay on the other side of Hines Park.

AIW was stomping around my old neck of the woods.
