I drive by that place on my way to work almost everyday Aiw. Lovely little building. Be nice if someone opened up business there of some sort.. anything! not that it would ever happen but.

I bet it gets torn down. I was just saying to the missus the other day that having an art deco home would be quite interesting.
I'm not sure if you could have a house in that building as it may have asbestos and other hazardous material.

It would make for a great house. I don't think that asbestos is as much of a problem as its location.

Nice, I've probably driven by it a dozen times but I never noticed it. Seminole Street sucks.
