Yes, people perception of our area is changing and hopefully it lead to more smaller conventions and event coming to Metro Detroit, like the bridge tournament in 2008. Tourism is a huge thing that could help to turn the state around. We have so many great things to offer, we need to market that more. |

Well, with the lottery, really it is just shuffling the money around, while most of the money from the superbowl is from out of state (meaning michigan got richer). yay money!! |
