Those who know have remained quiet as of late. That looks like a positive sign. If something was falling through with the deal, I think word would have leaked out by now. However, I am also a little concerned that the expected announcement window has passed with narry a word said about it. This project needs to move forward, not be stuck in the nether world of deal making. My guess is loose ends in the deal are still being tied together. I just hope another delay doesn't pop up again. It would be nice to hear an informed voice or two speak up about this project.

The CC met on it Tuesday. The council was supposed to vote on it Wednesday. I watched it on channel 10. They said the closing is supposed to be in about a month.

For KC fans he was the one that brought up the point that the CC needs to vote on it right away because he didn’t want the CC being the reason it was held up.

They also talked about the parking structure on Michigan it will hold about 500 spots.

A while back I thought it was moved to April 31st, or The Ferchill guy had mentioned that in an interview.

End of April roughly. Whatever it takes, as long as it's still alive.
