Found this over at the DEGC website.
"The City of Detroit Downtown Development Authority (the, "DDA") invites written proposals from professional engineering firms in response to a Request for Proposals for design and engineering services to make improvements to the right of way of certain segments of Clifford/ John R., Grand River Avenue, State Street, Library Street, Farmer Street, and Griswold Street in downtown Detroit."
