Because of all the river walk construction happening at Harbortown, I am forced to look at other marinas. So far Riverfront Apartments have the cheapest docking fees, but I did know if there was a catch. Someone told me that the waters can get rough in that area. |

it does look like it could get rough there, have you checked with the new Tri Centenial state park?? or the marina at Sinbad's?? my grandpa was docked there for years until he moved to maryland in 2000 |

The state park is only transient docking. No long term leases. |

How much is it per foot at the Riverfront Apartments? Do they just charge by the well? There is a seawall at the Riverfront, I can't imagine it gets too rough..... |

The well that I need at Riverfront was $2150, compared to $3100 at Erma Henderson. I nkow there must be a catch for the price difference. I have not checked Sinbad's yet. |

I don't know about henderson, but there's no sewage hookup at RF. |
