This guy always seemed to be running for mayor in the 60's. He did have some idea for a special area set aside in the city and I forget the name of it.
Does anyone remember the name of his idylic project?
He pitched it for years and (of course)nothing ever happened.

Wasn't it "International Village"? To be built on the footprint of the now long-gone "skid row" on Michigan Avenue between Cass and Third?
