I was wondering if anyone knows anything about a Critical Mass bike ride in Detroit (monthly collective bike ride held in various cities internationally, including Ann Arbor). Someone mentioned to me once there is an existing ride, but I forgot where they meet. Thanks!

Last Friday of every month, at 5:30 p.m., I think. In front of the statue of Hazen Pingree at Woodward and Adams.

Detroit is a kinder, gentler Critical Mass, oddly enough.

Speaking of regular bike rides, there was a group that used to meet every Saturday morning at Cafe de Troit for bike rides... now that the Cafe is gone, are they meeting anywhere else?
